Templates Section

Hybrid.Chat comes with premade, ready-to-use Templates catering to various industries.

To Load a Template simply choose the template you wish to use and click on it in the Template section to load the blocks onto the Canvas.

You can also use the Templates to augment your Conversation Flow. If you have Blocks on the Canvas prior to loading a Template, the Template Blocks will be appended to the pre-existing ones.

Clear the Canvas before choosing a Template to start with the Template Blocks alone.
