The Chat Section
The Chat Section of the Canvas lets you program your Chatbot or Live Chat widget using Blocks that are further categorized into the following three groups.
- Say - Sending Messages
- Ask - Asking Questions or User Input
- Flow Chart - Creating and Controlling the Flow of the Conversation
