ISA Migration uses Facebook as one of their primary communication touchpoints. Potential clients who visit their page were looking for information regarding immigration and visa application processes.
Besides, they were searching for a way to address commonly asked questions. For example, questions about their eligibility for different immigration programs and Visa application processes.
We have integrated chatbots into enterprise Customer Relationship Management software like HubSpot for other clients. However, ISA Migration used a CRM that was built entirely by them, in-house. They needed a custom solution to integrate the chatbot with their CRM to store and nurture leads.
LeadBot was designed and built to increase client engagement and optimize their lead collection process on their website and Facebook Page. Our team was responsible for conversation design, development, testing, and deployment of two chatbots on their website and Facebook Business Page.
Visitors could use the chatbot to find out their eligibility for various citizenship programs, find programs based on the location chosen, as well as access information like which forms to fill for different Visa Applications.
We collaborated with the ISA Migration dev team to encode form data from the chatbot, so that the leads can be stored in their existing custom CRM. Custom validation of phone number input was required to adapt the bot for an international audience. ISA Migration also wanted to use novel user utterances to redirect the conversational flow.
The chatbot engages users on the Facebook page using Messenger. Visitors can easily get information about Visa Processes, Courses, and Immigration eligibility through the chatbot.
Custom validation of phone numbers was achieved through the use of regex expressions. We also used custom regex expressions to recognize novel utterances and redirected the flow.
Leadbot excels at engaging visitors and collecting leads. Information about various immigration processes and programs is easily accessible through the bot, enriching the overall user experience.
ISA Migration now generates around 150 high quality leads every month through the Facebook chatbot and around 120 leads through the website chatbot. These leads are generated organically. Plans to integrate LeadBot with their Facebook Ad campaigns are underway.
Gateway Containers collects the information of website visitors who are interested in their services through a traditional contact form (conversion rates usually below 2%).
They were looking for ways to improve their Container Price-Quote Flow. They also needed the new solution to be integrated with their CRM software for lead qualification and personalization.
We designed Get-A-Quote Bot to revamp the client’s Container Price-Quote Flow by making it more conversational and engaging. A website visitor can use the chatbot to inquire about either buying or renting a shipping container based on the nearest location they choose.
The chatbot shows which Containers are available based on their location and the client’s nearest branch. The leads collected through this process are then stored in Zoho CRM.
We built the chatbot entirely with Hybrid.Chat, a chatbot building platform we created for enterprises and start-ups alike.
Hotels and Restaurants lose traffic and booking to OTA websites. Efforts have been
underway to reverse this trend by improving their customer-facing digital Assets. Traditional assets like websites have trouble in providing the information necessary to close the sale, as they can unintentionally make content complex to navigate. This is a problem that the Travel industry faces in general.
According to SiteMinder’s survey on “Why do Guests abandon their booking”, 13% of visitors dropped off the booking journey because they found the process to be overly complicated. Another problem needed to be addressed was the traditional booking process that asked for a ton of details from the visitor. According to SiteMinder’s survey, 10% of bookings were lost due to asking too many details. So we needed to make the booking process more efficient, less complicated, and engaging.
We wanted to leverage chatbots and conversational UI to develop a solution that would help Sheraton and the Travel Industry in general. Sherabot can showcase hotel features, services, amenities, and local attractions. It also provides a simplified booking process to reduce drop-offs. Users can place orders for food and beverages right from the chatbot itself. For any issues that the user may encounter, Sherabot lets them contact the HelpDesk for further assistance. Users can place a normal or WhatsApp call for the same.
Sherabot was designed and built to improve Direct Bookings on their site. It was able to
increase Direct Bookings by a whopping 35%. This was a result of creating a novel and engaging experience using a simplified booking process that is available 24/7. Sherabot is also able to handle concurrent conversations, address FAQs, and generate leads with no human supervision. Additionally, it acts as a channel for Direct Communication with guests: providing services like booking cabs and ordering food right from the chatbot itself.
Hybrid.Chat is a chatbot assisted live-chat solution service. As one of the emerging leaders in the chatbot development space, we speculated we would get far too many responses to our recruitment drive.
We were using Emails for pre-screening the candidates previously. We soon realised that our team was spending a huge chunk of their time performing basic tasks which eventually lead to significant money and time loss. Our vision was to create a tool that could handle processes that don’t need a recruiter necessarily. Thereby saving time and money to handle other tasks.
Another concern of Hybrid.Chat in using such a solution was eliciting spontaneous responses to screening questions. Because candidates could simply Google the answers to questions when using Email for screening.
We wanted to leverage chatbots and conversational UI to develop a solution that would help Hybrid.Chat and the HR industry in general.
The recruitment process typically requires a few rounds of screening, back and forth emails, files being shared, and so on. The biggest challenge was to create engaging flows while incorporating all of these elements. After all, processes with lots of options are harder to translate into conversational UIs.
Hence we elected to use a mix of conversation and point and click elements in the solution. The chatbot had to ask the candidate questions based on the job profile that they chose. We also needed to incorporate accepting file inputs from candidates to automate the document (resume) submission process. Candidates who showed interest in applying were given links to interact and complete the screening process.
Moreover, half the candidates (130) who evinced interest in the job were sent traditional Emails to complete the screening process. This was done to benchmark Recruitbot against Email for engaging candidates. The pre-interview screening process and document submission process needed to be automated and completed without any human supervision.
Recruitbot was designed and built to make the recruiter’s lives easier by automating the pre-interview screening process. Together with Hybrid.Chat, we created and launched a successful chatbot that will soon become indispensable for recruiters everywhere.
Recruitbot features a friendly UI that engages candidates and a screening process that automatically qualifies candidates for the next process. It is also capable of accepting candidates’ resumes for further screening and it allows candidates to record and send an intro video. Moreover, it answers any questions that the candidate might have for the recruiters.
The results were striking. The simple fact that out of 130 applications, bot received 120 responses whereas email only received 35 spoke volumes about the efficiency of chatbots.
Recruitbot was able to gather 92.3% responses. On the other hand, Emails could only receive 26.9% responses. We found that Recruitbot not only helped the recruitment team, but it also improved the candidate’s experience
