Load Media Block

Load Media block lets you use Media Files in the Conversation Flow to encourage users to interact and increase engagement. You can load any type of image (JPG, PNG, GIF) or video content using the URL.

Using the Block

Select the Block and drop it onto the Canvas. You can find it under Chat > Say > Load Media Block.

Simply paste the URL of any Media file here (in Https:// format) and it will display at the point in the flow where the block was invoked.
